The bus arrives on Leisure Island at 09:30. Out pop twenty or so e-Pap T-shirts! Oh wow! You should have seen the hairstyles girls and boys too and the little girls with make-up and fingernail polish on. Adorable! Show stoppers each and everyone of them. They line up in crocodile formation and start singing “We are marching to Jerusalema” . They sing their hearts out, stop for photos and pose at the e-Pap Stall.
Here they sing to Shelley their e-Pap song of thanks.
With this done, it is now party time. The e-Pap cake made and donated by Ouma’s Pantry, is cut and the fizzy drinks poured. Yum Yum. It doesn’t stop here though. Someone has given free rides on the train, someone else has arranged lots of free bounces on the Jumping Castle, and yet someone else has given face painting. This truly reflects the spirit of the Leisure Isle Festival, where little e-Pap songsters sing their thanks to the e-Pap doners and are rewarded by the generosity of the stall holders.
Congratulations Shelley and all at e-Pap for caring so well for the health of our children and the community at large .
